A strong first task has a source you can supply, an output you can inspect and a mistake you know how to catch. ChatGPT can help transform the material, but it cannot make missing facts true or approve a decision for you.
Example
Source notes say the launch remains on 18 September and Maya sends QA on Friday. The result is a recap with decisions, actions and open questions. The reviewer checks the date, owner and whether a suggestion was incorrectly presented as approved.
Create a task-fit statement
Pick one task from your week. Name the source material, the output you want to save, the person who reviews it and one costly error the reviewer must catch. If you cannot name a source or a review check, choose a smaller task.
