Give the prompt one decision

“Improve the business” has no finish line. State a choice the owner must make and the date by which it matters. If several decisions depend on each other, handle them in order.

Preserve weak evidence

Two customer requests are two observations, not proof of a market. Keep sample size and source limits in the input so the response cannot turn a hint into a forecast.

The useful output is often the next question, not a recommendation. Ask what evidence would change the decision and who can collect it.
